Courses

We offer a variety of fugu courses starting at 5,000 yen per person (tax included) that allow you to fully enjoy fugu dishes such as tessa (fugu sashimi) and tecchiri (hot-pot). If you want to splurge a little, we recommend the course in which you can enjoy wild torafugu directly shipped from Shimonoseki. We offer the same delicious taste all year round! In addition, Honmachi branch offers seasonal courses which you can enjoy both torafugu and eel at the same time.

Menus

"Tecchiri," which has been patronized since the establishment of the restaurant, has the delicious taste of fugu in its broth. Genpin's "tessa" is a thicker version of "tessa," and you can also enjoy the elasticity that only sashimi can provide. In addition to other fugu dishes that can be served with sake, such as the "boiled skin" with its addictive crunchy texture and the "fried fish" marinated in a special sauce and deep-fried to a crisp, we also offer "eel" (seasonal only), which is grilled to a fluffy perfection, and "crab" which is very satisfying.

Beverages

Try Guenpin's "Fin Sake" made from fugu fins grilled with far-infrared rays. It is characterized by its aroma and a flavor that does not collapse even when cold. We also have a large selection of Japanese sake and shochu, so we recommend that you enjoy a leisurely drink while eating fugu dishes. We also have a wide variety of standard banquet drinks such as beer, highballs, and sours. Soft drinks are also available for those who do not drink.
